After years of exploration, Sino gradually formed a R&D team construction model that focuses on self-cultivation and supplemented by social recruitment. Valuing R&D efficiency and stressing execution, the R&D team has, with less manpower, developed numerous internationally advanced core intellectual properties covering the field of transmission network, access network, and internet safety.
Meanwhile, we attach great importance to industry-university-research cooperation. In recent years, Sino has carried out multi-level, multi-field, and deep cooperation, including the establishment of associated laboratories, combined training of postgraduates, setting up practice base for fresh graduates, and other cooperation, together with Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Science, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Chongqing University of Posts and Communications, and Yangtze University.
